They Really Get to Know You!
We have been patients with Dr. Matt and his team for just over two years. Having two in braces meant we were there a TON. Dr. Matt and everyone there really take the time to get to know their patients and treat you like family. Not just in providing excellent care and communication about the braces - but remembering and asking about their sports and interests. My girls are so comfortable there and have actually enjoyed their experience. (which is great because little brother is up next!) Dr. Matt and his team are truly the most patient and detail-oriented professionals I've ever met. My child is usually very shy and introverted, but she felt completely at ease in Dr. Tsai's clinic and was able to successfully complete her orthodontic treatment with confidence.
